Feed The 5000

Mill Grove UMC in Midland, NC is a small country church with a close church family. Because of the size of the congregation and ages of some, the wondered, “What can we do to serve the Lord?” Large churches have the resources and the bodies to do so much but at Mill Grove they decided, we have some cattle farmers, what can we do from that? Then began My Father’s Cows! The process is raising the cattle to a fair weight, having the cattle processed then delivering the beef to non profits and individuals to feed people in need in our local area.
